Branch Membership and Dues
1. Students of contributory members are not eligible to enter branch sponsored festivals. They may, however, play at General Recitals and are eligible for an Achievement Award Trophy at the end of each year. They may NOT participate in Certificate of Merit evaluations sponsored by the Branch.
2. Each member shall pay both State and Branch dues, payable upon receipt to the State Office. State dues are $134.00 per year for Active, Provisional, and Business Affiliates. State dues are $67.00 per year for Student Members. Branch dues are $35.00 per year. Student Member branch dues are $20.00 per year. The Application Fee (due at the time of application) is $40.00. There is a Reinstatement Fee of $40.00.*
3. Annual dues are due on May 1st and will become delinquent if not postmarked to the State Office on or before July 31st or if online payment is not completed on or before July 31st, after which a late fee is assessed. (To have your name listed on the State Directory, dues must be postmarked on or before July 31st.) Members shall be notified by the State Office when in arrears.
4. If dues and late fees are not postmarked to the State Office on or before July 31st or if online payment is not completed on or before July 31st, membership is forfeited.
5. Each new applicant shall pay a non-refundable State Association application fee. Student members excepted.
